BICSR Business Innoivation Centre Strumica, Macedonia and State University Goce Delchev Shtip are currently developing the D-TECH project proposal, which aims to help Mediterranean territories address climate change, biodiversity loss and social inequalities through digital innovation, Doughnut Economics principles and evidence-based territorial planning.

The partnership currently includes: Two Business Innovation Centres from North Macedonia and Cyprus. Municipalities from North Macedonia, Cyprus, Spain and Slovenia. One institute from Slovenia.
We are looking for additional partners, particularly:
Universities and research institutions with expertise in Doughnut Economics, circular economy, digital innovation, sustainability indicators, climate adaptation, biodiversity and evidence-based policymaking.
Municipalities and local public authorities interested in testing innovative approaches to sustainable territorial development, community participation, resource efficiency and climate resilience.
We are particularly interested in partners from an additional eligible Interreg Euro-MED country who can contribute to the development and implementation of concrete pilot activities in their territories.

Expected contribution: participation in pilot testing, knowledge exchange, data collection, stakeholder engagement and the development of transferable solutions for Mediterranean communities.

We welcome expressions of interest from universities, research centres and municipalities willing to contribute actively to the project.
