Teatching Institute of Public Health of the Region of Istria (Pula, Croatia) offers to bring environmental monitoring expertise, an accredited laboratory for water quality, and long-term datasets from the region into a consortium.
The Teaching Institute of Public Health of the Region of Istria (NZZJZIŽ) is a public-sector institution based in Pula, Croatia. Our laboratories within the Health Ecology Services is authorised and accredited for water (natural, wastewaters, drinking water, seawater, waste eluate), soil, air and noise analyses as well as foodstuffs. We have extensive experience in the regional public-health monitoring programme. We would like to join a Call 8 consortium as a partner. We can design and carry out monitoring protocols and analyse samples. We can also help turn results into evidence for regional authorities and protected-area managers. We can provide baseline and impact measurements, sampling, analytical work and an independent assessment of pilot results. We can also run a training session for the Euro-MED Academy and link results to regional and national policy.
We are available as a partner in a consortium. Contact: Ozren Grozdanić, ozren.grozdanic@zzjziz.hr
