Dear all,
we are looking for partners for a Thematic Test project under Call 8 – Mission “Promoting Green Living Areas” (wellbeing and health).
Project idea – GREEN-LEAD
The green transition of healthcare organisations depends not only on technology but also on people, and especially on how managers guide staff behaviours and daily practices. GREEN-LEAD will test, in real-life conditions, a competence-based approach to people management aimed at generating a positive environmental impact in health and public organisations.
The project builds on a competence development tool already validated in an ufficial public institution to strengthen staff green competences. We will adapt the tool to different Mediterranean contexts, train managers to use it to lead green behaviours, and measure both competence growth and environmental results (energy, waste, sustainable procurement).
Who we are
• Università Telematica San Raffaele Roma (Italy): expertise in human resource management and competence development.
• Università degli Studi di Sassari (Italy): expertise in organisational behaviour, human resource management and competence development.
We are looking for
• Public health authorities, hospitals or local health units to act as pilot sites. A public health body could also take the Lead Partner role.
• Regional or local public authorities responsible for health or environmental policies.
• Research centres or agencies with expertise in measuring environmental impact.
• Organisations experienced in training and skills development for the green transition.
Partners from all Euro-MED countries are welcome, especially Spain, France, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Portugal and the IPA countries.
