We are Fondazione Germani ETS, a non-profit organisation based in a rural area of northern Italy, active in delivering social and care services to elderly and disabled people.
Ahead of Call 8 for Thematic Projects, we are looking to join a consortium under the Innovative Sustainable Economy mission, with a specific interest in Specific Objective 1.1 (research, innovation and uptake of advanced technologies). Our added value lies in the direct, on-the-ground testing of care and service-delivery innovations, particularly:
– Piloting technology-enabled care solutions (telemedicine, home automation, remote monitoring) to bring quality social and health services to underserved rural areas;
– Innovative organisational/service models to improve access to care for elderly and disabled people in territories with limited infrastructure;
– Digital inclusion tools adapted to fragile users.
We are seeking to join as a project partner (implementation/pilot-testing partner) within a consortium already forming for this call.
