Hello everyone,
I2CON is a private non-profit research and technology centre based in the Comunitat Valenciana (Spain), working on advanced materials, structural monitoring and numerical modelling for infrastructure and the built environment.
We’re posting here as a general introduction rather than for a specific open call. We’re interested in supporting Mediterranean governance projects (multi-level cooperation, evidence-based territorial planning, capacity building for public administrations) with:
– Structural due-diligence and monitoring data on public infrastructure and assets, to feed evidence-based decision-making processes
– Numerical modelling (FEM/CFD) for infrastructure risk assessment (e.g. wind exposure, structural degradation)
– Scientific/technical input on decarbonisation and circular-economy materials strategies for territorial planning
