Mindshift (www.mindshift.pt) is a Portuguese consultancy SME specialised in skills development within the green and digital transitions, innovation ecosystems, citizen engagement and participatory approaches, project design and management, quality assurance, evaluation and impact assessment, learning platforms and digital solutions, and stakeholder networking and capacity building.
With a portfolio of 90+ cooperation projects and a network of 300+ organisations across 60+ countries, Mindshift contributes to European territorial cooperation, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and other EU programmes. The organisation has extensive experience in multi-stakeholder collaboration, co-creation methodologies, dissemination, policy dialogue, and impact assessment, supporting sustainable and inclusive territorial development.
Mindshift is a signatory of the Portuguese Diversity Charter, a member of European networks including EfVET, EVTA and All Digital, and actively collaborates with initiatives such as Pact for Skills, EPALE, CEDEFOP, WorldSkills and UNESCO-UNEVOC.
