    Dear all,

The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Nice and Côte d’Azur is interested in joining a consortium as partner in the field of Mediterranean governance.

Our organisation is based in the Côte d’Azur, in a strategic cross-border area between France, Italy and the wider Mediterranean space. We work closely with several municipalities, local authorities, economic stakeholders and institutional partners in both France and Italy.

We are involved in different projects related to territorial development, sustainable tourism, cross-border cooperation, stakeholder engagement and European project development.

We would be pleased to contribute to a consortium through our institutional network, our experience in Franco-Italian and Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, our capacity to mobilise local stakeholders and our positioning as a bridge between territories, businesses and public institutions.

If you are looking for a French partner, please feel free to contact me directly at: REBECCA@CCINICE.ORG

    Kind regards,

    REBECCA BIALLO
Italian Chamber of Commerce of Nice and Côte d’Azur

Expression of interest to join the consortium as a partner
Promos Italia is the Italian agency for the internationalisation of businesses of SMEs and FDI attraction of foreign investments. We support SMEs and local ecosystems in accessing international markets, innovating and building cross-border networks, combining business services, training, place marketing and EU project management. We are funded by the Italian Chambers of Commerce network.
Our strengths for a Euro-MED consortium
Mediterranean experience and expertise: We have long worked with businesses, institutions and territorial systems across the Mediterranean through scouting activities, missions, B2B meetings and cooperation projects funded by the European Union, UNIDO, IFAD, Italian Foreign MInistry, BERS, BEI, among others.
Strong networking capacity: Our network includes Chambers of Commerce in Italy and abroad, SMEs and value chains, regional and local authorities, clusters, business associations, universities and research centres, and international partners across the Mediterranean. We are members of EEN and EBN. This allows us to quickly mobilise the right stakeholders, pilot users and end beneficiaries, and to ensure real transferability of results.
International training and capacity building: Training is a core part of our work. We design and deliver programmes for companies, managers, young professionals and public officers on internationalisation, innovation, and the green and digital transitions, in person, online or blended. We are ready to lead or support the training activity to be integrated into the Euro-MED Academy, ensuring quality, replicability and measurable impact on skills.
Digitalisation and innovative tools. We have developed digital services to support businesses in international markets, including matchmaking platforms, virtual and hybrid events, digital showcases and market analysis tools. We will make this know-how available to develop user-friendly, scalable and transferable solutions for the pilot actions.
SME engagement in the green and circular transition. Businesses are key players in the circular economy, urban resilience and nature protection. We know how to involve them, raise their awareness and support them in testing innovative and sustainable solutions.
Communication and capitalisation. With short project timelines, effective dissemination is essential. We offer a structured communication strategy with events, digital campaigns and stakeholder engagement, and a strong focus on transferring results to public policies.
Reliable project management. We are experienced in managing complex EU projects and familiar with Interreg rules, reporting and controls, which is key to meeting the tight timeline of this call.

Who we are looking for Public authorities and development agencies active in territorial and environmental policy implementation; Universities and research centres with expertise in innovation, circular economy, biodiversity and ecosystem restoration; Clusters, business associations and SME support organisations able to engage the productive sector directly; Civil society organisations and NGOs working on environment, natural heritage and quality of life; Organisations holding ready-to-transfer solutions that can be scaled up at Euro-MED level. Applications from Mediterranean countries not yet represented in our network are particularly welcome.

What we offer: An active role in shaping the project idea and co-designing the proposal; Clear, transparent and collaborative governance; Access to an international network of companies, institutions and stakeholders; Visibility and opportunities to capitalise on results beyond the project.
