Mediterraneo Culinary Center, a culinary school in Valencia (Spain) is interested in joining a consortium. We are a VET school with secondary and tertiary VET education and adult education, and our staff is experienced in topics related to cooking, nutrition and sustainable habits. Our students come from different backgrounds and nationalities. We also have a department focused on the management of European funds, and we have experience collaborating and coordinating different Erasmus+ projects.
Our main topics of interest include sustainability, gastronomy, cultural heritage, and social inclusion.
