National Control System
National Control System description
In Montenegro, the National Control System is centralized and it is performed by the Ministry of Finance.
Controls are carried out by the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU), at the Division for First level Control, by a designated controller. The National Controller is responsable for verifyng regularity of the expenditures declared by each project partner partecipating in the operation located on the territory of Montenegro in the frame of Interreg Euro-MED programme 2021-2027.
