Procedure for Beneficiaries – Selection of the First Level Controller: request to the Joint Commission for extraction from the Roster
Starting from 28 October 2025, italian beneficiaries (both public and private) of the Euro-MED Programme may request the assignment of a First Level Controller (FLC) by ordinary email to the Presidency of the Joint Commission at the following address: roster.cte@governo.it, copying euromed.flc@regione.toscana.it.
The subject of the email must read: ‘Request for assignment of First Level Controller through the Roster’.
Beneficiaries must attach the form provided below, duly completed, signed and officially registered as outgoing correspondence: Form for the assignment of the First Level Controller
As established by the procedure, each beneficiary may request one single dedicated extraction per project. It is not possible to request a ‘multiple’ extraction for more than one project.
