The Border Towns and Islands Network counts 16-member towns and islands from 10 EU countries working in partnership with local NGOs. In cooperation with different local authorities from Italy, Malta, Greece and Cyprus we are designing a project aimed at mitigating the impact of tourism in small islands on the water resources.

We would like to extend the partnership to a local authority of Corsica in the framework of the
Call 5 (deadline 26/09/2024) Thematic Projects (Strategic Territorial Projects only).
