Can you survive on 2 hours of sleep a night?

    Most people can’t make it through the night on just two hours of sleep, and it can be very bad for their mental and physical health. Sleep is necessary to repair the body, strengthen memories, and keep important processes like metabolism, immune response, and emotional health in check. Chronic lack of sleep can make it harder to think clearly, cause mood swings, weaken your immune system, and raise your risk of getting major diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.
