There is no Management Work package anymore. Will the partners have the possibility of allocating funds for the management and coordination of the project? How will they be able to declare these costs while submitting the claims?

Project management activities have not to be detailed as independent activities in the application form, but the cost of management activities shall be forecasted in the project budget, which has to be detailed by budget line and period only, not by work package. The costs will be declared accordingly, by budget line. There is no specificity linked to the reporting of those costs which are treated like the other.
